We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building intuitive, high-impact software that transforms how companies hire. If you thrive at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical innovation, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key parts of our Applicant Tracking System.

  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to deeply understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Define clear product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and guide products through the entire lifecycle—from discovery to delivery.

  • Mentor and collaborate with other product team members to foster a culture of user-centered innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in HR tech or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting workflows, HRIS integrations, or applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing products at scale.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with Agile development practices and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Productboard, Mixpanel).

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working on enterprise software or B2B platforms.
  • Background in user research, UX design, or data analytics.
  • Familiarity with compliance considerations in hiring (EEO, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience scaling products for international or multi-language markets.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary + equity
  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • Flexible work environment (remote-friendly)
  • Generous PTO and parental leave
  • An inclusive, mission-driven culture that puts people first
